El Che Bar is chef John Manion’s ode to Argentina. Inspired by his time spent eating, drinking, and traveling there, the restaurant features a custom-built, wood-fired hearth and dark, sexy bar. Working alongside with Nitewerk, we provided branding, menu design, interior design consulting, and food styling. Patterns appear throughout, referencing Buenos Aires and the location in a former Checker Taxi building. In this project, I contributed to the branding, menu design, and food styling in 2016.
